Real Estate Services are provided by Mark LeBlanc, a real estate agent with more than twenty years of experience as a real estate broker representing the buyer. Unlike other real estate agents who work with both buyers and sellers, Mark works exclusively with Home Buyers and he has the experience to assist the most discerning and demanding of buyer clients. Mark has been an active member of the Moncton Real Estate Board for the past 23 years. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Moncton Real Estate Board and on several committees at both the local and provincial levels, including Disciplinary and By-laws. Buyers Agency Network never represents the seller but accesses the full market of homes available for sale regardless of which real estate agent has the listing. As a result, Mark does not have the obligation, as other agents do, to first try and sell homes that are listed for sale with the agent's own company. In fact, Mark is not a salesman and does not sell homes. What he does is represent and counsel the Buyer to protect the buyer against making a bad bargain. It is an entirely different approach than what a Buyer would expect from an agent who also represents the seller.
